This sautéed vegetables recipe is a quick and easy dish we make a few times a month. You can eat it as a side dish, or on its own. We don’t have a lot of time to make dinners but eating right is very important to us.
Here’s what you need this dish:
- 1 zucchini
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A few leaves of kale
- 4-6 mini sweet peppers
- 2 tbs olive oil
- sprinkle of sea salt and ground pepper
Chop all veggies into small bite size pieces. Heat 2 tbs olive oil and sauté the garlic first. Then add the remaining veggies. Sauté until soft. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and ground pepper.
